The Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation selected CEO of USP&E Will Gruver as a 2012 Each Moment Matters Honoree. Awards are given to those who display the following attributes:
- Compassion and excellence in daily living.
- Faith in serving others with joy, gratitude, respect, kindness and love.
- Courage in empowering, educating and giving hope to others.
- Integrity in maintaining high levels of ethics, reliability, trust and decency.
Family, friends, churches, businesses and other organizations that have felt led or inspired by the award recipients were able to make nominations. The Nomination Committee reviews the nominations, and the Luncheon Chair and the Foundation Executive Director approve them.
USP&E Chief Strategy Officer Dean Castillo believes that the award is fitting for Gruver and the USP&E team, who strive to make each moment matter every day.
