The year 2012 has been a great one for the USP&E team and its founder and CEO Will Gruver who was honored by a number of organizations for his leadership skills, entrepreneurial vision, character and commitment to serving the community in which he lives and serves. Among the many honors that Gruver received was the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Environmental & Construction Category for the Southwest Area North region. He was selected to be a part of the 2012 class for the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty. The Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation chose Gruver as a 2012 Each Moment Matters Award Recipient. Inc. Magazine, one of the largest business publications in the United States, selected USP&E to be a part of its “Inc. 500” list, which recognizes the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The honors are an open display of Gruver’s character, compassion and integrity as a leader. The USP&E team credits the company’s positive recognition and growth to their commitment to clarity, consistency and respect for one another, their clients and vendors.“We have recently won several national and regional awards, and it’s a great feeling as my team has worked so hard on behalf of USP&E to make a meaningful difference in the world,” Gruver says. “After ten years of this, it feels like we are just beginning. The future looks very bright.”
